Pay it forward
Retaining top talent is a challenge for companies of all sizes, and in order to keep business strong, leaders need to continue to find new and innovative ways to keep employees engaged and happy. If sales from last year were a bit better than expected, 2017 might be just the time to start an employee profit sharing plan or schedule a company retreat.
