Description

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Asset Manager to conceptualize, design and manage creative projects for the organization. You will be supporting the creative vision and goals of the Marketing department, as well as manage and design pieces such as print (direct mail, magazine ads), digital banners, email, presentation materials, POS materials, video and web page design.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

  • Manage and execute designs for integrated strategic marketing campaigns for awareness, acquisition, engagement and retention programs and product launches while maintaining the integrity of the Financeit brand
  • Work closely with Copywriter to align creative designs with marketing messaging and positioning
  • Act as a lead brand steward and ambassador
  • Create vector graphics and illustrations in line with current company branding standards
  • Prepare presentation materials for executive presentations
  • Present finished work with the ability to articulate design choices and execution
  • Pro-actively conduct new image searches and management of images - collecting, resizing, and archiving
  • Archive printer files
  • Review and proofread numerous versions of creative pieces
  • Daily management of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
  • Managing the process to ensure assets are correctly organized, named, tagged, and uploaded
  • Build proper metadata entries/standards for the DAM solution to ensure efficient search capabilities
  • Company training on proper usage and best practices of the DAM system
  • Preform system audits and gathering user feedback to ensure optimal functionality
  • Create and assign roles/permissions
  • Monitor analytics to determine asset ROI to help inform future marketing initiatives

Asset Management

  • Daily management of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system

Requirements

  • 3+ years of design experience for web and print
  • Experience implementing brand visual identity
  • Ability to effectively present concepts to project stakeholders and team members
  • High level of proficiency in Adobe CS5 (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), HTML and CSS is a plus
  • Experience in designing for print and web/mobile
  • Proven ability to balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines
