Financeit iPad Giveaway – Contest Rules and Regulations: No purchase necessary. These official rules and regulations (the “Rules”) govern the Financeit iPad Giveaway (the “iPad Giveaway”). The iPad Giveaway is administered by FinanceIt Canada Inc. located at 296 Richmond Street West, Suite 300, Toronto, ON M5V 1X2 (“Financeit”).

1. ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win a Prize, you must: (1) be an attendee at the 2022 CE Hybrid Dealer Meeting to be held at 2800 Hwy 7, Concord, ON L4K 1W8 on March 30, 2022 (the “Conference”); (2) be a resident of Canada excluding Quebec who has reached the age of majority in your province of residence; (3) have provided your business card to Financeit in the collection box provided for purposes of participating in the contest; and (4) agree to execute the iPad Giveaway Period Release (an “Eligible Merchant”). You are not eligible to enter this iPad Giveaway if you are ordinarily resident in Quebec, or if you, your spouse, child or parent or a person you are domiciled with, is an employee or advisor of Financeit.
2. ENTRIES: The iPad Giveaway is one-time giveaway. Each Eligible Merchant is automatically entered in the iPad Giveaway. The winner is selected by random draw from all entries collected. Maximum one (1) entry per Eligible Merchant.
3. PRIZE: There is one (1) iPad available to be won: an Apple 9th Generation 10.2-inch Retina Display, Wi-Fi, A13 Bionic Chip, 256 GB, iPadOS 15, Silver valued at $711.88. Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and is not transferable. In the event that a Prize or any component of a Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, Financeit reserves the right to substitute a similar Prize or component of a Prize of equal or greater value without liability
4. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the total number of Eligible Merchants.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND AWARDING OF PRIZE: The winner will be selected at random by drawing a business card from the collection box referred to in Section 1 above at the Conference at the end of the day on March 30, 2022. The winner will be notified in person at the Conference. The Prize will be delivered in person at the Conference following the draw.
6. DECLARATION OF WINNER: To be declared the iPad Giveaway winner and receive the Prize, the Eligible Merchant must: (a) be physically present at the Conference at the time the winner is drawn from the collection box to collect the Prize; (b) correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question posed by Financeit; and (c) sign a Release in the form provided by Financeit allowing Financeit to publicly announce and/or advertise the Eligible Merchant and its principal’s name and likeness, confirming Eligible Merchant’s compliance with the iPad Giveaway Rules, accepting of the Prize as awarded without substitution, and releasing Financeit and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with the iPad Giveaway or any Prize. The Release must be returned within the time period specified by Financeit or the Prize may be forfeited at the sole discretion of Financeit. If the Eligible Merchant (a) fails to meet the conditions set out above, (b) is not present at the time the winner is drawn, or (c) does not meet iPad Giveaway eligibility requirements or is not fully compliant with the iPad Giveaway Rules, Financeit may, in its sole discretion without right of appeal, disqualify the winner and select an alternate winner (using the same methodology identified above.)
7. GENERAL: Financeit shall have no liability for loss, damage or claims caused by or resulting from the iPad Giveaway or acceptance of a Prize. Financeit will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, falsified or destroyed entries and all such entries are void. Entries that have been falsified, tampered with or altered are void. Financeit shall not be liable for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer lines or networks, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Entry material/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event it is determined that the Eligible Merchant has entered in a fashion not sanctioned by these Rules, all of the entries submitted by the Eligible Merchant will be disqualified.
8. GOVERNING LAW: By entering the iPad Giveaway, the Eligible Merchant agrees (a) that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this iPad Giveaway or any Prize shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and federal laws applicable therein, and (b) to irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with the iPad Giveaway or these Rules.
9. QUEBEC RESIDENTS are not eligible to enter into this iPad Giveaway.
10. PRIVACY: Financeit respects your right to privacy. Personal information collected from Eligible Merchants will only be used by Financeit or its representatives to administer the iPad Giveaway and to provide Merchants with information regarding upcoming iPad Giveaways and/or events from Financeit. By entering the iPad Giveaway, Eligible Merchants consent to the manner of collection, use and disclosure of personal information as set out in the Financeit privacy statement, which is available at: www.Financeit.io/privacy-policy.
