It is another change of season and for many of our merchant Partners that means shifting gears to prepare for the Holiday season. It is also a good time to update our community on some of our progress here:
- Two recent growth milestones
- An introduction to two new team members
- A pre-announcement on the pending launch of our new Financeit iPad Application
We are Growing Again! Two Milestones.
This past week, we officially crossed 1,300 enrolled merchant Partners since launch in January of 2011. I want to personally welcome all of our new Partners to the platform. We look forward to helping you grow your business in the coming year.
We also continue to grow our loan volume with our merchant customers. We just recently crossed $150MM in processed loan and we continue to increase rapidly.
We are Growing Again! New Team.
It is our pleasure to also be able to welcome some new additions we’ve made to our rapidly growing team.
Welcome VP of Operations, Shawn Jeffrey
I want to introduce our new VP of Operations, Shawn Jeffrey. Shawn is certainly no stranger to the Canadian sales finance industry having been a professional in it since 1995. Shawn was most recently an AVP with HSBC Finance where he managed a national team of relationship managers responsible for sales, P&L and customer service. We are very excited to be adding Shawn’s tremendous industry experience and market reputation to our executive team
We are Growing Again! New Products.
Finally, I wanted to share with you a very exciting new product announcement. We’ve been hard at work here on an iPad application which we expect to reshape the point of sale finance industry here in Canada. We provided a sneak peak demo of the application recently at a Financial Innovations show in New York to rave reviews and should have the application available to our merchant network in the coming months. I’ll attach here a sneak peak of a few screen shots from the application. Stay tuned!
Wherever you are across this great country, we hope you have a very active and prosperous fall!
