About the role:

The Salesforce Administrator & Analyst works under the direction of the SVP, Revenue, and will primarily be responsible for supporting our Salesforce ecosystem leveraged across our Sales, Operations, and Risk teams. The incumbent will be responsible for working with key stakeholders to build a roadmap to manage and improve our instance, while defining the evolution of our processes to match the needs of the teams.

What you’ll do:

Design/Build:
  • Be involved early in discussions within the organization on how to improve the effectiveness of our process. Provide insight and perspective on potential solutions. Build requirements and secure buy-in before proceeding with delivery.
  • Create proposals for improvements to our instance, gaining stakeholder approval before delivering the final solutions.

Sales Specialist (6 Month Contract, Remote)

About the role:

The Sales Specialist plays a pivotal role in fostering fresh business connections within our established network of merchants. You will focus on one of two key areas: reaching out to merchants to drive sign-ups, or engaging with borrowers to offer credit top-ups or insurance on their loans. VP of Treasury
Toronto, ON / Finance

About the role:

The Vice President of Treasury will support the CFO and will work closely with the executive, finance, risk, and operational teams. The successful candidate will lead financial planning and analysis activities relating to the Company’s debt facilities and cash flow to support the rapidly growing Financeit business. The role will be instrumental in optimizing the Company’s capital stack which will include launching a securitization program that will fuel the Company’s growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Continue to enhance a best-in-class treasury team and function with continuous improvements in advance rates and reduction in borrowing costs that drive heightened levels of cash flow and return on equity
  • Assess and optimize current financing / funding relationships
  • Evaluate long term financing / funding strategies to facilitate the Company’s long term growth plans and optimize value
  • Expand upon the Company’s recent securitization offering and build a long-term securitization program including completion of the book’s credit rating, prospectus, and investor relations
  • Manage foreign currency and variable interest rate exposure implementing related hedging programs as required
  • Develop accurate and detailed cash flow models to optimize financing, advance rates and borrowing costs
  • Lead the long-term capital planning process and provide insightful recommendations

About the role: This B2B role involves launching and managing the Electric & Gas Industries Association (EGIA) Optimus Program in Canada. You'll work directly with executives and key stakeholders to promote consumer financing programs to dealers across the country. To be successful in this role, you will need to be a highly motivated individual with a passion for making mutually beneficial partnerships grow.  You will develop and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of your partners, consult on best practices as a trusted advisor, and execute with cross functional teams.  You are a strategic analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, focused on customer service above all else.
