Our stack is Ruby on Rails, Ember.js, and PostgreSQL, mature tools behind a platform that has to stay stable, secure, and fast as we grow. We’re hiring an HR Generalist to join our People Success team at Financeit! If you’re someone who enjoys being in the middle of everything HR — supporting employees, keeping operations running smoothly, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks — this is a great opportunity to build across the full employee lifecycle in a growing company. What you'll do:

Employee Experience & HR Operations

  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and programs.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as preparing job change letters, employment letters and completing employment verification requests.
  • Support employee relations matters as needed in partnership with senior HR team members.
  • Process and track remote work requests and other HR-related employee requests.
  • Administer and maintain time-off programs, ensuring accurate tracking and employee support.

About the role: 

The Bilingual Merchant Onboarding Sales Specialist plays a key role in driving Financeit’s growth, ensuring new merchants are successfully onboarded and actively using our platform to fund financing volume. Vous êtes un chasseur chevronné, à l'aise avec la sollicitation à froid, et vous comprenez qu'une fois la transaction conclue, le plus difficile ne fait que commencer. Vous avez la capacité de rester organisé tout en maintenant un rythme « impossible à rester organisé », de prêter attention aux petits détails, sans jamais oublier les grands, et de vous concentrer sur la réussite du client avant tout. Le Directeur des ventes régional devra consacrer au moins 50 % de ses efforts sur le terrain, à la recherche de nouveaux clients potentiels et à l'interaction avec les marchands signataires dans son territoire défini.
Ce que vous ferez:
  • Développer, maintenir et gérer des relations solides avec nos courtiers par un minimum d'une rencontre en personne par marchand par mois.
  • Générer et conclure de nouvelles pistes (leads) dans les secteurs des véhicules récréatifs (sports motorisés, marine), de remorques et de la vente au détail.
  • Réactiver les comptes existants peu performants qui vous sont assignés dans votre territoire.
  • Utiliser une connaissance approfondie des produits et des conseils de vente pour augmenter l'activité des marchands.
  • Mettre à jour et coacher régulièrement les partenaires sur le programme et le processus de Financeit.
  • Apprendre aux entreprises comment utiliser notre ensemble d'outils pour positionner le financement.
  • Organiser régulièrement des sessions de formation et de coaching avec les marchands.
  • Assurer la conformité à nos exigences d'approbation et de risque.
  • Maintenir la responsabilité grâce à des rapports quotidiens et hebdomadaires de toutes les activités de vente.
  • Produire des rapports, analyser des données, identifier des tendances et fournir des recommandations.
  • Communiquer les lacunes des processus et des systèmes lorsqu'elles sont découvertes aux niveaux de gestion appropriés.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir:
  • 5 ans d'expérience pratique en vente directe et en gestion de relations.
  • Une expertise démontrée dans la gestion de relations de vente et de service interentreprises (B2B) réussies est un atout.
  • Une expérience dans le prêt à la consommation, le SaaS ou les services financiers est préférée.
  • Expérience dans l'utilisation d'outils CRM, idéalement Salesforce.
  • Fortes compétences interpersonnelles et organisationnelles.

The Regional Sales Manager will be expected to focus up to 50% of their efforts in the field. What you’ll do:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our business partners, helping them succeed with Financeit.
  • Use your product expertise and consultative approach to drive partner engagement and sales growth.
  • Coach and support partners on Financeit’s program, tools, and best practices.
  • Train businesses on how to position financing and offer flexible monthly payments to their customers.
  • Lead regular training and coaching sessions with small and mid-sized businesses to help them level up.
  • Make sure new employees at partner locations are fully trained and confident using the Financeit platform.
  • Ensure all activity meets our approval and risk standards.
  • Grow volume with existing partners while ramping up new ones to achieve consistent results.
  • Collaborate closely with our Merchant Approval, Activation, and Engagement teams to create a smooth partner experience.
  • Travel as needed to visit dealers, attend tradeshows, offsites, and other events.
What you'll need to succeed:
  • BA degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with hands-on direct sales and relationship management.
  • 1+ years of experience in consumer lending, home improvement or SaaS is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing successful business-to-business sales and service relationships in an asset.
  • You know your way around a CRM, ideally Salesforce.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.

Sales Specialist, Bilingual French (Contract, Remote)

About the role: The Bilingual Sales Specialist (commission only) plays a pivotal role in fostering fresh business connections within our established network of merchants. You will focus on one of two key areas: reaching out to merchants to drive sign-ups, or engaging with borrowers to offer Financeit credit or insurance on their loans. This is a fully remote, commission-based role within Canada, offered as an ongoing contract starting with a one-year term. What you’ll do:
  • Initiate and maintain contact with merchants or borrowers to identify new opportunities.
  • Set and strive to achieve targets, contributing to the company's growth plan.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices, fostering a supportive and cooperative work environment.
  • Actively seek coaching and guidance from peers and managers to enhance sales techniques and performance.
