
Meet Sébastien Charron, Regional Sales Director, Strategic Accounts at Financeit. Sébastien has built strong partnerships across Quebec’s home improvement industry, working closely with businesses in key subverticals to drive growth and long-term success.
What’s your role at Financeit, and what do you do day-to-day?
Since January 2026, I’ve been a Regional Sales Director for Strategic Accounts. In this role, I work closely with businesses across multiple subverticals within the home improvement industry – including windows and doors, HVAC, roofing, and pool and spa.
In my day-to-day, I sit down with business owners to align on strategy and support their sales teams through training and enablement. The goal is to ensure they’re confident using our tools and positioned to successfully execute on a pre-established strategy plan. At its core, my role is about building long-term partnerships, taking a solutions-oriented approach, and identifying growth opportunities for our partners.
What has your career growth journey been like?
I joined Financeit in 2020 as a Regional Sales Manager and was recently promoted to Regional Sales Director, Strategic Accounts. While I’ve been with the company for nearly six years, I’m still learning every day – whether through conversations with our channel partners or by leveraging the strong internal resources available across the organization.
How would you describe Financeit’s culture?
Financeit is a fast-paced environment – you need to be comfortable moving quickly and adapting. That said, it’s a place where people genuinely have the opportunity to make an impact. What do you like to do outside of work?
As a father of three, family life takes up a lot of my time outside of work. I love running, which helps me stay in shape and enjoy the outdoors. My weekends are typically filled with family activities and my children’s various sports activities.
