Why am I not able to access my Simply Group Financial account?

Your loan has transitioned to Financeit, and as a result, your Simply Group Financial account no longer exists.

How can I access my new Financeit Portal?

Simply click the “Create Your Account” button in the communications sent to you to access your new Financeit Portal. All pertinent details regarding your remaining loan will be accessible in your new Financeit borrowers’ portal.

Do I need to change my payee to Financeit?

If you are making extra payments via online banking, please add Financeit Canada Inc to your Payee list and use your Financeit loan number provided above. If you have automatic payments set up, payments will seamlessly continue to be deducted from the bank account on file according to their scheduled payment dates. There are no other changes required.

Should I continue to pay off my loan the same way I have been?
If you have automatic payments set up, payments will seamlessly continue to be deducted from the bank account on file according to their scheduled payment dates. If you were paying using other payment methods such as invoicing and credit card, these methods are no longer supported. Please update your payment method to automatic withdrawals by submitting our secure form here, or by calling us at 1-888-536-3025.
